Between design elements and archeological pieces, these clay objects are three models of miniature bathtubs. The idea of working around pieces of furniture came up after visiting many stores, in the suburbs of Cairo, entirely dedicated to the design of bathrooms. Beyond function and formal decoration, these objects incarnate a certain idea of life style. Having to chose every detail of the place one lives in, including the precise shape of a bathroom element shows the importance of the domestic, the interior and private space in the Egypt. In collaboration with a potter from DARB, in Cairo, Egypt.
