More information
The cyma - small wave in Ancient Greek - refers both to a horizontal molding situated on the top of Greek columns, and a neutral wall serving as an exhibition space. Adorned with cymae, the space is here altered through the extension and transformation of the demarcation of the occupied volume. (Images: Noha Mokhtar and Julien Gremaud/Les Urbaines)
